🔁 Returns Made Simple

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

📦 How It Works

1. Contact us at support@dinkersalley.com with your order number to start the return.
2. We’ll provide a free return label or return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (or an exchange sent out).

💡 A Few Notes:

• Items marked Final Sale or custom products may not be eligible for return.
• If the item was fulfilled by a third-party partner, return instructions may vary slightly—we’ll guide you through it.
