Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yep! All U.S. orders over $39 ship free—no code needed.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3–5 business days. Items fulfilled by our 3rd party partners may take an extra 1–2 days.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow your gear every step of the way.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@dinkersalley.com to start a return or exchange.

Q: Is return shipping free?
A: Return shipping is covered by us in most cases.

Q: Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
A: For teams, schools, or group orders, email us at support@dinkersalley.com —we’d love to hook you up.

Q: Can I update or cancel my order?
A: Reach out to us ASAP at support@dinkersalley.com with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. In some circumstances, items being fulfilled by a 3rd party partner cannot be canceled. 

Q: Where can I learn more about your products?
A: Check out our product pages and blog for in-depth info and helpful guides, especially for beginners.

Q: Do you offer a military and first responder discount?
A: Yes! We offer a 15% discount to any active military or first responder. All you need to do is email support@dinkersalley.com your active ID and we will send back a coupon code as soon as we can.
